article makes a good point about what often happens with legal based training. In responding to corporation's efforts to comply with a myriad of regulations, an alternative to focusing on the details of the law is to focus on behaviors, and skills to accomplish those behaviors, that are likely to leave the individual (and the company) in compliance. Makes sense to me. Maybe even a lawyer could do it, or at least some lawyers.
